Quotes, Prices and Paying
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and it costs nothing whether the job goes ahead or not. You only pay once the number's been agreed and you've told us to go ahead.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
No. What you're quoted holds no matter what time the call comes in.
How can I pay?
Card or bank transfer both work on the day. You'll see the total before anything is charged, and nothing gets billed that wasn't agreed first.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No, $0 Call Out Fee every time. You're covered for the visit and the assessment before a single tool comes out.

The Legal Side, Made Simple
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Yes. We operate under NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C and can give you the details to look it up before a tool comes out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Both, on every job. Licensed for plumbing and drainage work, insured for the visit, and gas work only ever goes to someone carrying the right ticket for it.
What is safe to try myself before you arrive?
Turning the water off at the meter is usually safe and often stops a bad leak getting worse. If you can smell gas, don't try anything at all: leave the property and call from outside.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
Our labour, unconditionally. If it's not right, we come back, no questions, no cost.

Day or Night: How It Works
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything sending water where it shouldn't go, any sewage smell or backup, and any gas smell. No hot water in the middle of winter counts too.
How fast can you get here?
We're on-site fast, day or night, and a licensed plumber talks you through it on the phone the moment you call.
How does the callback form work?
Pop your number in with a line on what's going on, and we'll ring you back shortly after. Handy if you're mid-emergency and talking isn't easy right now.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes, weekends and public holidays included. Every call gets picked up by a real person, and you'll be speaking with a licensed plumber, never a machine.

Your Suburb, Our Patch
Which suburbs do you service?
Sutherland and the surrounding Shire, including Kirrawee, Jannali, Gymea, Engadine and Gymea Bay. If you're nearby and unsure, call and ask.
How local are you to Sutherland, really?
This is our regular run, not an occasional detour. We're through the streets around the station junction and the council precinct often enough to know the roads without a map.
Why do Sutherland's older homes keep us busy?
A lot of the housing stock here dates from the 1940s through the 1980s, and the clay sewer lines laid under those homes crack and shift after decades in the ground. Established garden trees push roots into the cracked joints, a frequent trigger for the blocked-drain calls we get.
Do you work on Sutherland's apartments and strata blocks?
Yes. The unit and townhouse blocks near the town centre bring their own issues, shared hot water runs and stacked plumbing among them, and we handle both house and strata callouts.
Ask a Plumber Directly, Call Now
Still got a question. Call (02) 9138 6521 and talk to a licensed plumber, not an answering machine, any hour of the day.
Prefer not to talk right now? Send a message instead, and someone gets back to you quickly with a fixed price sorted before any work starts.
